Vetkoek (pronounced fet-cook), literally meaning ‘fat cake’ in English, is one of South Africa’s favourite traditional dishes. It’s very easy to make your ‘basic’ vetkoek, but we at Fat Cake City pride ourselves on our own, unique recipe.
